I realize that the previous entry held absolutely no interest for what I would consider my site’s “core” audience: family and friends. After making the bookmarklets, though, I reasoned that other web designers might be interested in them as well, and it was simplest to just add an entry in the blog. My thanks to Mr. Zeldman for spreading the word; the result was the most traffic in one day in my site’s history. But then, one would expect that from a site that measures daily hits in the tens of thousands. 🙂

That being said, life does indeed go on. I have one week left in Birmingham before the big move, and I’m getting excited about it. I have a decent amount of packing to do here, but that’s something that can wait for next week.
