A good score on the GMAT should be a reasonable equivalent to a good score on the GRE. Having to spend more money on another graduate entrance exam is tough on the ol’ wallet.

I know what you mean about being strapped for cash. (I don’t think I like that phrase, “strapped for cash”, but anyways…) I get $50 a day for substitute teaching from 7:45 a.m. – 3:15 p.m., but the pay periods are so weird that, after working those jobs from Jan. 16th – Feb. 8th, I don’t get paid until the end of February. I guess it’s good that I don’t have to pay for any exams yet. :o)
I know no one will believe me if I say anything about being “strapped for cash”, but I would like to point out that I haven’t been paid since December 21 and won’t get paid until January 31. That’s a long time with no income.
